Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the person who holds this position must demonstrate a strong command of the working language (French, English or both), and must possess a writing ability above average. They must also be detail-oriented regarding grammar and spelling. The person who holds this position will have to write comprehensive and detailed reports on employment verifications and references always to the highest quality standards of the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The responsibilities of the Typist include the following:

  1. Using the in-house software for processing records, the agent prepare for the clients partial and final reports to provide results on tuition audit, employment or references
  2. Ensuring the quality of results provided to clients and reporting any deficiencies or lack of information on the results or other data of the Company and participating in the resolution of these problems
  3. Observe the specific standards and procedures of the Company's customer's reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

                  

Knowledge and Education

  1. Degree of a college/high school recognized in Canada
  2. Typing speed - 60 words / minute minimum
  3. Minimum of 90% in the written language test (in all languages)
  4. Bilingual, English and French, an asset

 

Experience, Skills and Abilities

  1. Work experience in a similar role (6 months to 1 year)
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  3. Dedication to providing quality service to the Company's customers
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  5. Tenacity and goal driven attitude to meet the policy requirements
  6. Ability to manage work independently and demonstrate a professional attitude
